Dragon Riverside City –– a five-star city rising high in Ho Chi Minh City’s downtown

On August 19, 2017, the ground breaking of Dragon Riverside City - a five-star city in downtown of Ho Chi Minh City, was jointly held by Phu Long – a real estate developer and the project’s investor Land Sai Gon.

 

Located in downtown of the beautiful Ho Chi Minh City at 628 - 630 Vo Van Kiet Blvd., on the bank of Saigon River where its four smaller springs meet and convenient streets home, Dragon Riverside City perches on a great Feng-shui position for prosperous business, luxurious life and a dreamy land for its inhabitants. It takes only three minutes to Bach Dang port from the city.

 

Built on an area of 31,000 meter square, Dragon Riverside City is a complex of Dragon Hill Premier apartments, modern Dragon Mall and 53 floor Dragon tower.

 

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Le Van Khoa revealed that Dragon Riverside City was planned to be “a city inside a city”, adjacent to an aqua-tourism port which is expected to be the region’s heart as putting into operation. The planned area would positively contribute to the prosperity and development of Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaking at the ceremony, Phu Long CEO – Mr. Phung Chu Cuong said Dragon Riverside City was planned to be “a city within a city” on an area of 31,000 meters square with over 230,000 building meters square.

 

The project consists of Dragon Hill Premier apartments, modern Dragon Mall and a 53 floor Dragon Tower is the unique complex in Ho Chi Minh City where homes a five - star hotel, the biggest international convention, A level office buildings and premier service apartments.

 

He added that the project was planned to be put into operation late 2019.

 

On the same day, Phu Long opened the project’s showroom on the site which could help its visitors to better assess the project under a resort – theme “greener than ever green”. The showroom was also a place for the developer to connect with its potential residents and investors.

 

Dragon Hill Premier Apartments are assigned in 40 floor high towers with a using area of 123,000 meters square. The towers were built on hills hiding behind the mall which protect their inhabitants’ privacy and keep them from noise, dirt.

 

Moreover, the garden and recreation areas featuring on-site facilitates which account for up to 70 % of the site’s areas with care would be a best choice for living and investment.

Ho Chi Minh City People’s committee Le Van Khoa hoped that the project would be put into operation at its soonest to contribute to local’s budget, and social development, investment as well as the benefit of local populace

Four towers named after Ruby, Shapire, Emeral, Carnelian as precious stones were expected to shine the five-star city.
